Detail posisi

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to oversee and manage all aspects of land registration and corporate registration. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of property laws, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.

Kewajiban

• Prepare, review, and manage legal documentation related to corporate registration and land registration.
• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant laws and regulations.
• Submit and follow up on registration applications with government agencies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate registration of legal documents.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact registration processes.
• Provide legal advice and consultation to internal departments regarding registration processes and requirements.
• Assist in resolving legal issues related to the registration.
• Conduct legal research to support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with various government agencies to facilitate the registration process.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient registration.
• Prepare and present reports on registration activities and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all registration activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all legal documents.
• Implement and manage a system for tracking registration status and deadlines.
• Assist head of department in preparing slides for presentations at board meetings specifically related to registration activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather necessary information and data for the presentations.
• Assist company secretary in preparing the minutes of meetings which related to registration activities.
• Ensure that all presentation materials are accurate, clear, and effectively communicate key points related to registration processes to the board.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree of Laws.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience. Experience working with government authorities especially Department of Land (DOL), Department of Business Development (DBD) will be preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Fast learner.
• Attentive to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Legal-minded with business awareness.
• Good interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with government authorities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure including immediate problem solving.
• Adherence to high standards.
