Kewajiban
• Develop and review tender drawings, shop drawings to ensure adherence to design intent and project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the construction process.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive construction documents.
• Ensure project compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Advise and instruct on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Develop and implement effective construction processes and sequences to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of materials and construction methods to make informed decisions.
• Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Good team player, Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including management, team members, and engineers.
• Provide timely updates and reports on project progress.
• Advise and keep track of contractor compliance with developer standards and requirements.
• Contribute to the overall design process by providing technical expertise and support.
• Participate in design reviews and provide valuable input on design alternatives.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in architectural or construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• BIM software skills (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) are preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in industrial development is preferred.
• Project management certification is preferred.
