We are seeking an experienced Cost and Procurement Manager to oversee our procurement processes, manage costs, and ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services. The candidate should have a strong background in supplier management, cost analysis, ensure cost-effective procurement practices and procurement strategies, along with excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and conditions to inform purchasing decisions.
• Prepare tender documents, blank bills of quantities, technical specifications, etc.
• Submit tender documents to contractors and vendors via the software system.
• Compare tender price submissions across contractors and vendors.
• Conduct a thorough cost analysis and able to guide on cost negotiation.
• Conduct the tender clarification and record the minutes of the meetings.
• Develop the tender evaluation and make recommendations to seek management approval.
• Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs based on project requirements.
• Prepare a pre-qualification process to select and present a list of contractors for the management's decision.
• Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, contracts, and terms.
• Review documents related to the Letter of Award (LOA) and construction contract, including the bill of quantities, technical specifications, and others, to ensure all requirements are met.
• Prepare tender and procurement documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation and procurement, preferably in construction engineering.
• Experience with industrial projects is advantageous.
• Excellent in English communication.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in calculations and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make accurate cost predictions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
