The Administrative Assistant (TRA) is responsible for supporting the team by coordinating with internal and external parties, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring effective communication.
Kewajiban
• Assist and respond to the requirements of the team, and coordinate with internal and external parties effectively in a clear and professional manner.
• Ensure all delegated tasks are undertaken in a timely and orderly manner.
• Coordinate the set-up of meetings including catering and travel requirements.
• Arrange for hosting incoming guests and visitors.
• Perform other duties as may be directed by the management from time to time.
• Oversee administrative requests and queries.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Assist in simple work related to Excel and Power Point.
• Conduct all administrative work and prepare all administrative documents i.e. correspondence, memos, PR, Petty cash, allowance, reimbursement, etc.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Administration or Secretarial functions.
• Good command in English both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, responsible, pro-active and diligent.
• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
