We, REIT manager of a leading Thai REIT, are looking for an active Legal Support person to manage legal and administrative tasks for our team.
• Prepare and review legal documents to support other parties and departments including registering at government agencies.
• Organize and maintain tenant agreements and relevant documents including stamp duty check and lease registration.
• Be responsible for document management.
• Support the company secretary’s tasks in arranging key meetings.
• Manage department’s expense records, expense reimbursements.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Take care of general administrative tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal and administrative experience.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong Computer literacy in MS-Office.
• Fast learner.
• Well-organized.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
