Kewajiban
• Delete backlog order, running data stock and support job with master schedule and material planner.
• Follow supplier delivery performance (supplier Mis-deliveries Per Million) and the service of logistics partners and propose appropriate improvement action plans.
• Manage all process flow in External warehouse to support 7IB basic & s7DB basic.
• Improvement IFIFO broad data of HB ST10, HB Mass Storage and Overflow Storage.
• Collect the data of supermarket location and the actual.
• Prepare document for Refund Tax-Compensation.
• Make database export and filling.
• Cut Stock Report-V and Cut stock export entry.
• Confirm vendor model with customers and support data to customers.
• Coordinate with domestic supplier and Control local supplier stock balance.
• Contact with local and oversea supplier as window.
• Release supplier contract which concerns Purchase’s incoterm.
• Price adjustment, market fluctuation and currency.
• Manage buy in minimum order quantity for inventory control leverage.
• Maintaining / updating price in the system (SAP).
• Tracking customer purchase order records & compile monthly sales reports.
• Occasionally communicate with customer.
• Ad hoc task assigned by Manager.
• Providing support and administrative coordination on the sales/renewal process.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's in supply chain and Logistic Management or Business Management or in related field.
• Currently a 3rd/4th year student.
• GPA = 2.75 - 4.00.
• The internship period must be at least 3 months.
• Good in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel with Basic formulas ex pivot, VLOOKUP, IF, etc.).
• Able to write, understand, and speak English is required.
• Willing to intern in Rayong (Pluak Daeng Industrial Eastern Seaboard).
• Adaptability to work with in multicultural environment.
