FORVIA Faurecia (Thailand) is offering internship opportunities for students in various fields including Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources within an international automotive company.

Kewajiban

Intern - Finance Analysis:
• To Support Controllers to do the analysis of freight costs, Manufacturing costs.
• Collect data for assets capitalization, follow up Inventory Cycle Counts Etc.
• Participate to the Month end closing, Forecast and Budget process
• Lead Magritte reporting accuracy
• Information check and sharing with other departments (HR, Commercial, Industrial…)
• Support internal control sampling checks.
• Other assigned jobs from the supervisor.

Intern - Accounting:
• A/P: Invoice booking in SAP Systems
• A/R: Billing preparation, Sales tax invoice validation for the billing to customers,
• Treasury: Payment document preparation, Payment voucher filing, withholding tax preparation to send to suppliers,
• Others: Tax invoice checking for VAT filing, contact to suppliers to get suppliers information to update in SAP.
• Other assigned jobs from the supervisor.

Intern - Human Resource:
• Support in administration tasks.
• Support to manage employee engagement project. (Activities & Events)
• Support to create activities in the plant (Ideas Sharing)
• Support in internal communication.
• Other assigned jobs from the supervisor.

Intern - Talent Acquisition:
• Support TA team in recruitment.
• Support TA team to manage internship & Cooperative Management Program (ICM).
• Support TA to coordinate between Plant HR, hiring manager, students in term of Internship topic.
• Support TA team to set interview meeting for interview in each position.
• Support TA team to create activities for intern during internship & cooperative.
• Once per week or twice per week a trip to Rayong Factories.
• Other assigned tasks by supervisor.

Intern - Communication and Social Media:
• Creating communication media for company branding (video, poster etc.)
• Creating social media content (TikTok, Facebook, LINE OA).
• Develop new topics that you believe would be interesting to share.
• Creating the ASEAN newsletter (Every 2 weeks).
• Supporting arrangement of monthly events as ASEAN Division perspective (challenge, activity etc.)
• Once per week or twice per week a trip to Rayong Factories.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's in accounting, finance, business, or in related field.
• Currently a 3rd/4th year student.
• GPA = 2.75 - 4.00
• The internship period must be at least 3 months.
• Good in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel with Basic.
