The position offers a 1-year contract with the possibility of renewal for roles including SAP Master Data Coordinator, MES Engineer, and Programmer at FORVIA.

Kewajiban

The main missions of the role are:
• Create, update, and maintain production-related master data in SAP, including: Routing: Define production steps and sequences.
• Maintain a list of components and materials required for manufacturing.
• Generate and validate production instructions.
• Ensure that master data in SAP aligns with real production workflows.
• Collaborate with production teams to verify data accuracy and address discrepancies between SAP and the MES system.
• Support the integration of SAP and MES by ensuring data synchronization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues impacting production operations.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and IT teams to ensure data reflects current processes and production needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors during MES implementation and testing phases.
• Develop and maintain documentation for master data processes and workflows.
• Generate and analyze reports to monitor data accuracy and system performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data management processes and workflows.
• Propose solutions to streamline SAP-MES data exchange and reduce errors.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in SAP master data management or production planning.
• Experience with MES systems is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP Production Planning (PP) module, with experience managing routing, BOMs, and work orders.
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and production processes.
• Basic understanding of MES integration with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks.
• Adaptable to international and highly dynamic work environments.
