Recent Graduate Management Program 2024 – 2025

Finance Specialist Rotating between:

1. Plant Financial Controlling Assistant (Raw Material) (Rayong)
Raw material and inventory analyst:
- Understanding of what a BOM (bill of material) is.
- Full scope of what is raw material costs.
- How to audit a BOM in a plant.
- How to check scrap in a plant.
- Perform daily plant tours (one area / topic of check per day).
- Take part and check cycle count with PC&L team.
- Review variance between actual RM costs and standard.
- Check RM % by reference and spot the top 20 abnormal ratios vs. entity RM % average (either very high or very low).
- Understand purchasing performance and squeeze.
- Link sales and purchasing full squeeze thanks to previous rotation and provide analysis and ideas of improvements (performance analysis)
- Perform product / customer mix analysis by linking sales and RM rotations knowledge.


2. Plant Financial Controlling Assistant (Sales) (Rayong)
- Sales analysis for daily / weekly / monthly reports with analysis vs. budget and prior forecast including:
- Volumes trends and contingencies vs. customer volumes.
- Sales prices modification follow up and verification in SAP.
- Sales prices modifications alignment with raw material / labor / other costs trends (passthrough analysis on inflation and mandated parts for example) (squeeze)
- Isolation of any special claim or topics impacting sales (squeeze)
- Plant daily KPI preparation & reporting (not restricted to sales KPIs)


3. FORVIA ASEAN Financial Controlling Assistant (Bangkok)
- Central Controlling Division tasks to get familiar with FORVIA businesses in ASEAN:
- Sales and volumes review for all plants with short analysis.
- Overview of key figures to understand the scale of the entities.
- Basic teaching on Magritte and SAP tools to do some checks and be able to work in plant in next rotation.


4. GL Assistant (Rayong)
- Accrue payroll, Adjust monthly transaction (pension, prepaid, audit fee, etc.)
- Monitor and transfer WIP to Fixed Asset, Inventory progression.
- Clear GL open items
- Close VAT monthly
- Reconcile BS Sheet
- Consolidate package report.
- Deal with controlling department


5. Internal Control Assistant (Rayong)
- Review full ICB (internal control basics) SAQ (self-assessment questionnaire) with priorities on questions related to sales, raw material, inventory.
- Target to be able to audit questions related to sales, raw material, inventory in an autonomous way manner and with support for some of the other chapters (priorities to be defined by ASEAN Internal Control depending on the effective month of starting the rotation).

Kualifikasi

- Graduated in the related field in 2023 - 2025.
- Fluent in English communication both speaking and writing.
- Able to work well under pressure and target driven type.
- Team player, proactive, positive attitude, good personality, and hands-on style.
- Mature, good interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Accountable and results oriented.
- Multi-cultural business experience.
- Expertise in computer skills (MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
