Be the single point of contact for Quality for an individual product program and take ownership for the overall product quality as measured by Customer Satisfaction, R/1000 3MIS, HTIS warranty, and Fix It Right First Time and Quicker Service Fix (QSF).
Kewajiban
• Coordinate the regular Quality PAT meetings (Program Attribute Team) between Lead Vehicle Engineering Activity (LVEA) design teams, LVEA quality teams, Plant Vehicle Team (PVT), Plant Quality, & Export Market Representatives (Quality, Ford Customer Service, etc.) to align priorities.
• Data generation, analysis, and monitoring of Quality Performance (Warranty, Quality Net Promoter Score (QNPS), Market Specific Competitor Surveys (JD Power, New Car Buyer Survey (NCBS), etc).
• Liaise with source plants and LVEA teams to ensure IMG market concerns related to Imported Vehicles, are known to source plants and design teams, provide feedback on emerging concerns, and drive issue resolution.
• Develop Quality Frameworks for new product programs by providing customer insights, market feedback to ensuring the delivery of quality products meeting engineering / legal specifications and customer acceptance standards.
• Preparation and Presentation of Export / Import Review Deck during Leadership & Franchise reviews.
• Work with FCSD team to ensure two-way communication of emerging issues and field data and part returns to assist root cause analysis.
• Work with FCSD to ensure timely deployment of Technical Service Bulletins, Diagnostic tools, and Field Service Actions to ensure the dealers have the necessary information to resolve customer issues quality issues.
• Request support from market quality teams to support In Transit Stop Ship (ITSS) or updates prior to sales to protect customer from known quality issues.
• Build trusting relationships between LVEA design, Plants teams, in field teams and support cross functional and cross organization co-operation to ensure the success the products throughout IMG.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor of Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant and cross functional experience at least in Manufacturing, Quality and Product Launch, and Quality Operating Systems.
• Obtained 6-Sigma Problem Solving Methodology.
• Skilled in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control planning, Senior Process Coach (SPC), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Manufacturing Site Assessment (MSA), Eight Discipline problem solving method (8D), Advanced Product Quality Plan (APQP).
• Computer skills (Windows Office, working knowledge on quality applications e.g. GSAR, BSAQ, QARS).
• Ability to lead, influence, and coach in large X-functional forums communicating clearly, efficiently, and effectively.
• Ability to work across Time Zones and Cultures.
