The Commercial Executive (Sales Executive) is responsible for managing and overseeing various commercial aspects of a warehouse operation to ensure efficient and cost-effective functioning.

Kewajiban

• Customer contact for company Introduction and services.
• Continue to maintain and grow an active pipeline of forecasted sales monthly and quarterly quota objectives.
• Support sales activity both internal & external like contact suppliers, calculation price, create quotation, invoice etc.
• To coordinate and support managers and handling documents and communicating with relevant parties to support customer’s requirement.
• Prepare document for Sales to indicate price for Quotation.
• Assist Sales Team to support overall sales activities and documentation.
• Maintain close relationship and coordination with customers.
• Support for developing new business with the management.
• Create / support report and others related jobs up on request.
• Assist on other duties assigned by management.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the warehousing or logistics industry at least 1-2 years.
• Strong understanding of warehousing operations and logistics processes.
• Able to calculate costs and prepare proposals for clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
• Good in English communication both spoken and written.
