FlowAccount has over 120,000 active users and is regarded as the leading online accounting solution for small businesses in Thailand. Furthermore, we have gained confidence from leading international investors which include Sequoia Capital India, a world class Venture Capital investor from U.S., Money Forward, a Tokyo SaaS/fintech startup accounting software, SBI Investment, Japan's leading fund, Golden Gate Ventures Singapore and domestic venture capital Beacon VC (Kasikorn Bank’s Venture Capital), and 500TukTuks.
We also extend payroll to cover the management of employees to be more efficient and save time. Therefore we have developed an innovative payroll program, which has the function to make monthly and daily payroll. There are dashboards to show expenses related to salary and can connect with FlowAccount for a fuller accounting scope. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives, focusing on scaling our presence in the SMB market. This role requires a visionary leader adept at setting and executing growth strategies, optimizing acquisition, and driving brand growth.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and retention, aligns with company growth objectives, and enhances FlowAccount’s brand presence.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, ensuring clear objectives, impactful initiatives, and effective execution.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continually optimize campaigns, targeting, and spending across all marketing channels, including digital, content, email, partnerships, and events.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to create and position solutions that meet the evolving needs of SMB customers in the accounting software space.
• Spearheaded market research efforts to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, using these insights to adjust marketing strategy and product positioning.
• Develop a strong content marketing strategy that educates, engages, and retains customers, building FlowAccount’s reputation as a thought leader in the accounting software sector.
• Oversee brand messaging and positioning to ensure consistency and alignment with company values and goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates to the executive team on progress and performance.
Kualifikasi
• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a SaaS startup, with a focus on SMBs.
• Strong background in data-driven growth strategies, with the ability to analyze key metrics and adjust tactics as necessary.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email, and social media.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
