The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a territory or region. This role requires an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the sales process and excellent leadership skills. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales goals and objectives, developing and executing sales plans, managing sales staff, and ensuring that customer relationships are maintained. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, have a proven track record of success in sales, and be able to develop and motivate a sales team.

Kewajiban

1. Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

4. Create and implement sales plans to meet objectives and maximize sales growth.

5. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.

6. Lead and motivate sales team to maintain high levels of performance.

7. Provide guidance and training to new and existing members of the sales team.

8. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

9. Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing campaigns.

10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

• Proven track record of success in sales management
• Extensive experience in customer acquisition and relationship building
• Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team, set goals and deliver results
• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
