The Logistics Operations Manager role at Fisher & Paykel oversees warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring efficiency, accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and cost control while fostering team development and driving continuous improvement.
Kewajiban
• Oversee warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring efficiency, accurate inventory, timely deliveries (DIFOT), and cost control.
• Optimize workflows and foster team development.
• Ensure safety compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage daily warehouse tasks like receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through effective systems.
• Manage dispatch operations, including loading finished goods and meeting delivery deadlines (DIFOT).
• Optimize container space and control costs.
• Lead and develop the warehouse and dispatch teams, ensuring proper training and scheduling.
• Foster a culture of safety and improvement.
• Analyze metrics, apply lean principles, and resolve bottlenecks to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct regular counts, and collaborate with production and procurement teams to optimize stock levels.
