The Assistant Head of Quality Assurance Department is responsible for assessing quality and food safety risks, developing inspection plans, leading inspection teams, controlling and supervising animal pathogen control, coordinating with disposal companies, conducting internal and external quality system audits, analyzing problems, and monitoring improvement actions.
Kewajiban
• Assess quality and food safety risks according to quality system standards
• Develop inspection plans and ensure compliance with the specified plans
• Lead inspection teams in assessing the quality standards of raw materials, packaging, and product delivery
• Control, supervise, and take responsibility for animal pathogen control
• Coordinate with disposal companies for proper execution
• Conduct internal and external quality system audits
• Analyze the causes of problems and follow up on improvement actions
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Agricultural Industry, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food production facilities and inspecting food-industry packaging plants
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
