The Manufacturing Quality Supervisor is responsible for managing quality standards, addressing customer feedback, and ensuring compliance with quality specifications in manufacturing processes.

Kewajiban

• Manage subordinate to work according with standard specification, consult them to get the quality mind make the good relationship in quality department and between quality and other department.
• Ensure all customer feedback and complaints are addressed.
• Correct judgment and align criteria on each process. Ensure counter measure is effectively.
• Ensure all in house processes and procedures guarantee that product is produced to agreed specification.
• Follow up and cooperate with all concern for quality problem investigate.
• Support all audit activity.
• Supplier control, Supplier Claim.
• Complete assignment from superior by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Involve and maintain on IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 System.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Engineer.
• Have an experience in Quality function at least 3 years.
• Experience background in internal audit and document control system.
• Experience background in automotive or Electronic manufacturing.
• Experience background in manufacturing with certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 as prefer.
• Good command in English both written and speaking.
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Proactive, Flexible, good attitude, good collaboration, Team work, Positive Thinking.
