The position of Jr./Sr. Product Quality Engineer (SMT) involves quality engineering functions aimed at improving quality and reducing costs through quality assurance, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Organize and be responsible for a variety of quality engineering functions related to improving quality and reducing cost through quality assurance on the quality of conformance to reduce scrap, rework internal supplier material, and customer complaints.
• Customer interface and support the Organization's goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

• At least 3-7+ years in the Quality Engineer field.
• Experience in Electronics or Semiconductor business is preferable.
• Quality management system, Process control, Data Analysis, Technical skill and Failure Analysis.
• Knowledge of product development, problem resolution disciplines (8D), product change, and manufacturing line assessment processes along with the use of FMEA, SPC, control plans, and other quality tools.
• Good Command of English in both speaking and writing skills.
