Kewajiban
• Implementation the company’s quality system.
• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
• Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contribution information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standard; identifying and resolving problems.
• Responsible for work to have extensive experience in quality control and assurance.
• Authority to decide on the continuation of production when detected abnormally, shutdown of the production line, stop the delivery, approval for product release to resolve the quality problems during manufacturing process or customer feedback, including informing and problem reporting to management to acknowledgement.
• Monitor all operations that affect quality.
• Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied.
• Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action.
• Review current standards and policies.
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
• Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
• Establishment, implementation and supervision of the company's quality system.
• Perform analysis to find out the cause of defective products, and take preventive and improvement measures.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Responsible for Quality system and customers audits.
• Provide necessary quality training.
• Report local status and risk analysis to management.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related files.
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, ISO14001, IATF16949 etc.) have Internal audit Certificate.
• At least 5 years work experienced of quality management.
• Strong organizational management capabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
• Good knowledge in environment law or related.
• Familiar with Six Sigma tools and other quality tools such as APQ, PPAP, FMEA, SPC MSA.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and database.
• Willingness to work in challenging environment.
• Strong communication skill in both language (Thai & English).
• Good interpersonal skill and ability to work across a number of disciplines in a professional and effective manner.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Have a good analytical skill.
• Ability to use statistical techniques to analyses causes, prevent and improve.
• Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
• Ability to Solve Problems Effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
