Report to Export Sales Manager and assist them with all administrative documents of sales coordinative and sales order processing.
Kewajiban
- To coordinate and support managers and handling documents and communicating with relevant parties to support customer’s requirement (Production, Purchasing, and so on)
- Assist Sales Team to support overall sales activities and documentation.
- Maintain close relationship and coordination with customers.
- Assist on other duties assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Experience in Sales Coordinator at least 1 years
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, E-Mail, etc.)
- Strong coordination skill, proactive, circumspect, well organized, problem-solving skills, high responsibility
- Pleasant and approachable person with a positive attitude
