Detail posisi

The OP Manager in Freight Forwarding is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maritime import and export business operations, including guiding improvements, tracking market changes, allocating resources, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with various departments for efficient operations.

Kewajiban

• Familiarize with all aspects of maritime import and export business operations and guide improvements
• Track changes in shipping space and prices in the maritime market and revise job positions accordingly
• Allocate company resources to maximize profit and provide good service
• Maintain stable airline customers and expand market share
• Communicate with overseas agents and provide high-quality service
• Supervise and coordinate department work to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with branch businesses for active cooperation
• Conduct airline knowledge and business training for employees
• Coordinate with finance department to resolve receivable and payable issues
• Handle emergencies on the route promptly
• Strengthen route, price, and customer service knowledge
• Track AMS IFS information for training operations
• Verify business lock orders for compliance with company standards and special fees

Kualifikasi

• Experience in maritime import and export business operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions
• Knowledge of e-commerce and its application in business operations
• Ability to coordinate and cooperate with multiple departments and branches
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies effectively
• Familiarity with airline operations and industry regulations
• Training experience in business operations and knowledge
• Understanding of finance principles and receivable/payable management
• Attention to detail and ability to verify compliance with company standards
