The HR & Admin Assist Manager is responsible for overseeing office administration, procurement, and supporting employees with travel arrangements and visa applications. The role also involves coordinating with international partners for employee convenience during overseas trips.
Kewajiban
• Manage office administration tasks such as reception, mail handling, and updating employee contact information
• Coordinate and support drivers and messengers
• Update employee contact information
• Report Fleet Card usage
• Supervise housekeeping operations
• Maintain and repair office facilities
• Manage office equipment and company vehicles
• Handle property registration and disbursement
• Book flights and hotels for employees traveling abroad, including travel insurance
• Assist in visa application documentation and coordinate with visa agencies
• Coordinate with international partners for various matters to facilitate employee travel abroad
• Other related tasks
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in administration, procurement, or related fields
• Proficient in English for communication and coordination
• Ability to drive
• Proficiency in using google workspace tools such as google form and google sheets
• Experience in supporting or sending employees and executives to work abroad
• Ability to coordinate with international partners for employee convenience
