Detail posisi

The SAP Business Analyst CS will act as the interface between Business and IT, plan, design, configure and implement effective business and system solutions, identify opportunities for improvement, train the SAP key users, participate actively to SAP Projects, and solve complex issues in collaboration with the Operations team.

Kewajiban

• Definition of migration strategy.
• Implementation of new S/4 platform from fit/gap workshops to post go live activities.
• Activity will mainly be on S/4 but could also be on ECC until migration is completed.
• Review change requests, clarify them and present solutions to Change Advisory Board.
• Conduct workshops with Business during project fit/gap analysis phase, identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Prepare quotations for customers.
• Provide support to Operations team for complex issues.
• Provide knowledge transfer to colleagues about new implemented solutions.
• Create or update functional specifications with test cases for developer and follow-up advancement of development.
• Create or update process flows, customizing documents, user documentations, test scripts, etc.

Kualifikasi

• Experience in SAP SD/MM, SAP S/4 HANA environment is a must, ECC is a plus.
• Certification in SAP, ECC and or S/ 4 HANA is a plus.
• Good knowledge of CS processes and/or logistic processes which should include implementation, support, design, training, and configuration.
• Preferably from a multinational environment handling consumer goods/retail industry.
• Bachelor or Master Degree of Computer Science, IT, or similar qualification and/or relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of ABAP programming/debug.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good in oral/written English language is a must.
• Able to Travel.
