Kewajiban
• Supervising of employees in Production, Reporting of production data (Quantities, Yield, H/C) in the defined and analyze these data.
• Assure that Working Instruction, Process Flows and Standard Times are followed.
• Analyze customer complaints and define / implement corrective action to prevent re-occurrence.
• Support the establishing of standard times together with Engineer.
• Control Production unit in terms of discipline, cleanliness and handing of equipment and products.
• Responsible of the consumption of the essential material for his/her workshop to improve the consumption rate.
• Responsible of the setup, fine tuning and adjustment of the machines and equipment in his/her workshop.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Make proposals of improvement on organization, productivity, responsible of the follow up of the tests.
Kualifikasi
• Good coaching developer and Team player.
• Flexible and ability to handle stress.
• Strong in People Management.
• Leadership skill and good communication in difference level.
• Good Problem solving, Analytical thinking and Team management.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial engineering or any related.
• Experience in Production or Engineering 6 years up in Supervisor level.
