Kewajiban

• To set up the quality documentation system.
• To establish the ISO9001 system, and to coordinate the internal/ external audit.
• Following up the internal and external audit findings analysis and improvement.
• Coordinating various quality training programs and business-related activities.
• Quality training demands/needs collection from each team and work out the training plan.
• Following up the training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Performing the periodic process and product audit.
• Other tasks assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
• Minimum 5 years quality system working experiences.
• Strong with ISO9001 or TS16949 system. Certified ISO9001 auditor is preferred.
• English communication skills required.
• Proficiency in office software.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Preferable experiences in optical/sunglass frame engineering, production or quality experience.
• Skills in quality tools, statistic control methods.
• Familiar with six sigma methodology.
