The MIM Production Supervisor has a key role in the production team of the Raw Metal department, driving production to meet goals in terms of Quality, Cost, Production efficiency, and delivery, including monitoring, analyzing, maintaining, and continuous improvement.

Kewajiban

• Ensure that the Company Health, Safety, and Environment policy as well as relevant safety legislation are observed and followed.
• Able to alternate shift rotation, day and night.
• Responsible for the Metal Injection Molding production management within the Raw Metal department.
• Production line layout set-up, production flow and manpower plan.
• Support product, equipment and machines validations. Provide relevant information to carry out the proposed improvement.
• Participate in prototype and pilot production.
• Preparation of the SOP, WI, Check sheet, Form record and other document.
• Preparation tools, equipment, goods and other accessories for production process.
• Training employees in new product, new work methods, new procedures or changed.
• Training and skills management.
• Supervises the Metal Injection Molding functions by planning, scheduling, assigning, and monitoring the work.
• Monitoring the result day by day, line balancing, prioritize and adjust the production properly to be able to produce and delivery on plan.
• Coordinate with other Raw Metal department for daily work arrangement and long-term performance improvement plan and work closely to achieve the OEE goals.
• Work as a team with others departments to balance KPI of overall performances (efficiency, Yield, WIP).
• Investigating current processes and implementing new solutions to ensure that the quality and efficiency objectives are maintained.
• Implement projects for the reduction and the continuous improvement of the Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety (QCDS).

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Field, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering.
• Experience at least 5 years in Metal Injection Molding or Metal forming manufacturing process.
