The Procurement Officer position at Essilor Optical Laboratory (Thailand) Co., Ltd. involves managing the procurement process for glass frames and eyeglass cases, ensuring smooth operations between customers, suppliers, and various departments.

Kewajiban

• Engage the glass frame and eyeglass cases in local and international purchasing and cooperate with suppliers for smooth ordering.
• Provide shipment information and make a receiving plan for the warehouse.
• Set up master data and pricing for new frames and cases in Oracle and Rx.Net systems.
• Track deliveries concerning commitment.
• Contact customers and other departments about the frames, case quality, and other issues.
• Prepare the forwarder evaluation.
• Contact shipping and forwarders to make the customs clearance.
• Contact customers, forwarders, suppliers, and other departments regarding frames and cases.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement functions from multi-national companies.
• Good at English both writing and speaking.
• Good at communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of custom regulations and shipment processes will be an advantage.
