EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. The Process Engineer / Project Engineer will ensure production process performance and contribute to product and process development.

Kewajiban

• Support machine installation, setup and validation with Maintenance, Quality and Production; assess and approve performance in production
• Be the main shop floor technical support for CNC, WEDM, EDM machining processes
• Measure/improve the production performance improving Productivity and Quality
• Work close with Production to ensure optimum performance and daily output
• Partner with the Quality team for the process/product validation and defect troubleshooting
• Work in a close relation with Maintenance team for machine installation to ensure capacity increase/process improvement
• Support and provide technical guidance to the production operators, trainers, machine setters and leaders
• Deep dive MTTR and MTBF
• CAPEX, OPEX management
• Project management in term of installation machine
• Comply with the local and group policies
• Comply with the ISO certifications and other group systems
• Contribute to the external/internal audits

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's or master’s Engineering degree in Mo
