Detail posisi

This role is to support and manage all types of indirect procurement spend of ELTL in Thailand, ensuring goods/service delivery and business requirements are met through proactive engagement with stakeholders and vendors.

Kewajiban

• Support and enforce stakeholders on Indirect Procurement Policies and Process execution, as well as the procure-to-pay process in SAP
• Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements while managing day-to-day procurement activities
• Spend data analysis, Purchase Order management, tracking and reporting
• Stakeholder management, be able to communicate with all functions users to consolidate requirements and follow up with the efficient sourcing
• Manage benchmarking and bidding process, negotiating pricing, commercial terms and conditions
• Support contract review and negotiation
• Maintain vendor classification or categorization based on corporate guideline
• Consult regional team for global contract local execution. Eg dell laptops. AT&T service. etc
• Apply negotiation tool(such as e-sourcing) where appropriate for better cost management and performance
• Select and maintain good level of source for supply to ensure the requirements of the category are met with the optimum quality, service and cost
• Keep up to date with market trends, prices and development. Provide innovative ideas and solution to the business team by offering new and improved alternatives where possible

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant filed.
• 5+ years experience in sourcing working experience of manufacturing
• Working knowledge of SAP, ARIBA is an advantage
• Working experience in medical equipment/ eyewear, fashion, or FMCG manufacturing or related business.
• Proficiency in English
