Innovate, inspire and influence as a Customer Operations Manager at Ericsson. Serving as a key conduit between Key Account Managers (KAM) and Service Delivery teams, you will oversee all contract and operational fulfilments towards our customers. This multifaceted role allows for engagement throughout the full life cycle of the commercial process, ensuring performance levels are met or exceeded.

Kewajiban

• Align expectations and track progress among stakeholders, ensuring risk management and focus on contractual deliveries.
• Represent KAMs and Service Delivery organizations within Steering Groups, upholding the financial performance to contracts with focus on cash flow and margins.
• Drive process and tool development, focusing on delivery simplification through the product life cycle management process.
