Detail posisi

The General Accounting Section Head is responsible for leading the operations of the General Accounting section, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and managing the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Kewajiban

• Lead the operations and day-to-day running of all General Accounting section (AR, AP GL and Tax).
• Drives consistency in processes, tools, formats, and templates to mitigate risk.
• Manage month-end, year-end accounting close process.
• Develop Controls & process to compliance the company policy, TFRS for NPAEs, and relevant laws relation with accounting and Finance matter.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and monitor aging of open item accounts and ensure timely clearance of open / emerging items.
• Complete required tax reporting in a timely manner (e.g. corporate income tax, withholding tax, VAT, business tax, etc.)
• Record payroll transaction to GL (data from HR) and Reconcile with PND 1&1 Kor.
• Coordinate with the auditor and those involved to obtain sufficient audit evidence and provide the auditor with the facilitation and assistance necessary to ensure yearly audits can be conducted with a timely and accurate manner.
• Annual Financial Reporting – including Audit & Tax.
• Maintain master data in ERP.
• Support information to manager for activity Monitor and analyze tax regulations update and develop corresponding business actions, conduct tax planning.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degrees or higher in Accounting.
• Working experience 2 - 5 years in General Ledger, Taxation or Audit Field are preferable.
• Good understanding of VAT, WHT, CIT and accounting process including reconciliation.
• Good Command in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills. ERP skills are advantage.
• Detail oriented and Organize (Strong planning and prioritization abilities).
