Kewajiban
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for industrial software solutions.
• Install, configure, and optimize software systems at customer sites.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure smooth operation of installed systems.
• Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to address customer inquiries and technical challenges.
• Train customers and end-users on the proper use and best practices of software solutions.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and system updates for reference and reporting purposes.
• Ensure timely response to customer support requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and new technologies relevant to the company’s offerings.
• Assist with pre-sales technical support, including demonstrations and proposal development.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance software performance and usability.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical service or support role, preferably in the industrial or software sector.
• Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of at least 600.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
• High level of discipline, multitasking ability, and a service-minded attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant diagnostic tools.
