• Identify and develop project-based sales opportunities for industrial software solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, technical support, and marketing to address customer needs.
• Collaborate and maintain communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and accurate proposals.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, quotations, and tender documents for clients.
• Manage sales cycles for project opportunities, from lead generation to contract signing.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Report sales progress, project pipelines, and customer feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales or a related role, preferably in the industrial or software sector.
• Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of at least 650.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
• Excellent project management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High level of discipline, multitasking ability, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated with a leadership mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and project management software.
