The Sales Engineer position involves actively seeking new customers and supporting existing ones to increase sales, while also preparing proposals and handling complaints.
Kewajiban
• Actively seek new potential customers and support existing customers to increase sales.
• Understand and define customer needs and coordinate all necessary information regarding the customers’ exact requirements.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate proposals and presentations on products and services to the customers.
• Handle any complaints or objections that arise during the sales process.
• Be able to negotiate business deals and close sales. Also, ensure secure customer payments.
• Create sales reports and ensure all related reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences as it needs.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, and Renewable Energy Engineering, Energy Management, Business, and Marketing other related field.
• More than one or two years of working experience in Sales.
• Familiar with solar energy field would be advantageous.
• Strong in presentation and excellent interpersonal skill.
• Proficient in general computer software.
• Good command in English (verbal and written)
• Able to communication in Chinese is a plus. (not a must).
• Have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
• Willing to travel to the customers' location.
