The Set up Technician is responsible for responding to CNC machine setup and processes according to the production plan, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of equipment.
Kewajiban
•Response to CNC machine set up/processes follow production plan
•Cutting tool setup and adjust parameter refer gaging data
•Support fixture maintenance
•Support machine maintenance
•Other duties assigned by engineer and supervisors
•Prepare and present report of Production supervisor and activities for communication.
•Work with other facilities as needed to support production activities.
•Develop, document, implement and update operating data across all areas of responsibility
•Acquire and carry out ME skills on process development
Kualifikasi
•Vocational: majoring in mechanical or CNC machine
•2 – 3 years experience on CNC mass production: Lathe and Milling
•Ability to read or use CMM will be advantage
•Ability to read drawing
•Ability to write and read simple English
•Familiar with commonly used office software, such as MS Office
