Detail posisi

The QC Lab Technician is responsible for performing quality audits, gathering data for reporting, verifying non-conforming products, conducting preliminary analyses, and fulfilling other supervisory responsibilities.

Kewajiban

• Perform routine audit such as quality characteristic against Process Control Plan and other related document required
• Gather information and data to reporting of product and process performance and submit to lab supervisor
• Decision making to verify non-conforming products in process line
• Preliminary analysis the root cause and send feedback to set up and production team
• Other responsibilities as supervisor assigned

Kualifikasi

• Vocational or higher in any field needed
• Experience in quality field at least 2 years
• Able to use measuring equipment such as hardness tester, Surf test (Roughness), Microscope, Using CMM is advantage to be considered
• Computer knowledge is advantage
• Fair in English
• Able to work under pressure
• Work is shift is a must
