The Maintenance and Facility Technician is responsible for fixing and maintaining machines and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and performing preventive maintenance. The role involves diagnosing breakdowns, operating utility systems, and supporting production activities.

Kewajiban

•Fix or repair breakdown machines and equipment with the right tool.
•Maintain cleanliness of machines, equipment and tools.
•Perform and monitor preventive maintenance of machines.
•Diagnostic machine breakdown and repair both electrical and mechanical components.
•Operate and maintenance Utilities system such as water system, chiller system, HVAC system, Sanitary system etc.
•Other duties assigned by engineer and supervisors.
•Prepare and present report of Production supervisor and activities for communication.
•Work with other facilities as needed to support production activities.
•Develop, document, implement and update operating data across all areas of responsibility.
•Acquire and carry out ME skills on maintenance.

Kualifikasi

•Vocational: majoring in Electronic, Electrical power, Mechatronic.
•Minimum of 1-3 year or more experience on PLC (AB, Mitsubushi) and electrical ability to read drawing.
•Ability to do Robot program will be advantage.
•Experience on CNC in both mechanical and electrical will be advantage.
•Ability to write and read simple English.
•Familiar with commonly used office software, such as MS Office.
