Kewajiban
• Control the production process to maximize its capacity correctly while meeting standard operating.
• Maximize the efficiency of production line.
• Review and create working procedures in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
• Lead shop floor daily meeting and perform shop floor management.
• Manage and control production activities to achieve timely production plan.
• Manage and control supervisor/operator to input data in ERP system in real time manner / update day to day.
• Coordinate the preparation of equipment, manpower availability prior to production.
• Review documents related to production plans.
• Establish and implement rigorous QA and QC standards at all stages of production.
• Review and improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
• Ensure finished products comply with the quality specification.
• Set and monitor production KPI's in line with company objectives.
• Encourage, supervise and appraise human resources for the working environment of 5S, Line Balance, etc.
Kualifikasi
• At least 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing company, and 2 years in managerial level.
• Bachelor degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering or any related fields.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and experience in a team-oriented environment is required.
• Must have a service mind, proactive with the ability to perform well under pressure in a limited time frame.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in medical or garment industry would be advantage.
