• Providing support to the sales team in managing relationships with existing overseas customers
• Assisting with developing and implementing sales strategies to reach new international markets
• Collaborating with the product team to understand and communicate product capabilities to customers
• Gathering market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities
• Preparing sales presentations, proposals and other customer-facing materials
• Coordinating with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to international customers
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or sales support role, preferably in an international or export-oriented business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
• Familiarity with sales processes, customer relationship management and account management
• Proficient in using MS Office, Excel and standard office productivity tools
• Willingness to travel internationally to meet with customers and attend trade events
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
