The Accounting Officer is responsible for managing and checking all accounting transactions, handling payment activities, and supporting the monthly and quarterly closing processes.
Kewajiban
• Handle and checking over all Accounting transaction.
• Handle payments activities and following the results from supplier.
• Supporting various aspects of the monthly/quarterly closing process, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Coordination with the external auditor, actuary, revenue department for any financial matters or required/requested information.
• Support Supervisor for month-end closing and year-end audit activities.
• Handle VAT report/PP.30, PP36 and, WHT/PND 3,53,54 and submission on time.
• Other ad-hoc/assignments.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 0-2 years experience in full loop of accounting.
• Pleasant personality, service minded, strong coordination and team working.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible time.
