• Develop the Functionality of the washing machine, washer dryer, and tumble dryer product.
• Prepares and executes lab activities related to the evaluation of appliances, in terms of functionality, safety and performance.
• Actively participates in the development of new projects.
• Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement.
• Solves a range of straightforward to complex problems.
• Interacts with cross-functional teams, shares knowledge.
• Broadens competence in own area; still acquires higher level skills.
• Receives moderate guidance and direction in own area of knowledge.
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to deliver to agreed deadlines.

• Application laboratory capabilities and improvement planning.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 0-3 years’ experience in relevant R&D experience, preferably from appliances industry.
• Problem Solving, judgement and decision-making.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good English communication.
• Product Knowledge.
• Washing machine, washer dryer, and tumble dryer functionality.
• Project Management.
• PPM & Basic Microsoft Project.
• Bill of Material (BOM).
• International/National standard of washing machine, washer dryer, and tumble dryer products.
• Electrical and Electronic components.
• Design of Experiment (DOE).
• Test Equipment and Data Acquisition.

• Design Failure Mode and Effects analysis.
• Product Safety.
• Product Certification.
