Technology & Laboratory Equipment & Facility Technical Leader supports technology & laboratories new equipment setup, maintain quality of existing equipment, technology & laboratories facility and is a coordinator with Global Technology & Laboratories in needed of equipment and facility for Fabric Care and Dish Care.

Kewajiban

In detail, you will:
• Maintain quality of technology & laboratories existing equipment and facilities
• Lead new equipment and facilities setup for technology & laboratories
• Coordinate with Global Technology & Laboratories Team in needed of equipment and facilities
• Budget management for technology & laboratories equipment and facilities
• Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement
• Provide improvement and innovation proposals
• Coach team to solve the problems with strategic thinking together with sense of urgency

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in Data Acquisition, CAD 3D/2D, Prototyping, CNC operation, Metal, Molding, Foaming
• Experience in Mechanical component, design and assembly
• Creative & Proactive
• Open-minded
• Team oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
• Good English communication skill
