As the Regional Capability Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the capability development strategy across the APAC MEA region, collaborating with regional leaders and driving the success of learning and development initiatives.
Kewajiban
• Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with regional and organizational objectives.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments in collaboration with regional leaders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-impact capability development programs tailored to the unique needs of each market in the region.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Product lines, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of capability development initiatives with regional business goals.
• Stay abreast of learning technologies and recommend their integration to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning programs.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of capability development initiatives.
• Work closely with other Capability Development Managers and Specialists to ensure consistency and standardization of learning initiatives across the region.
• Engage and manage external vendors and partners to enhance the quality and variety of learning solutions.
• Work closely with the Head of Capability Development for APAC MEA to align regional strategies with overarching organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to regional capability stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful implementation of learning programs.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on regional or global initiatives.
• Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and designing and implementing successful capability development programs.
