We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team specializing in railway systems. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of the Project, the Bangkok Orange Line.

Kewajiban

• Project Support: Provide assistance to the Project Manager and Senior Engineers in the planning, scheduling, and execution of railway system projects.
• Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analysis and evaluations to assess the performance and reliability of railway systems, including signaling, Rolling Stock, electrification, communication systems, platform screen doors, operation control system and track switches.
• Documentation: Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and proposals.
• Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and public authorities, to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols in all project activities.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address project requirements and resolve issues effectively.
• Training and Development: Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training programs and professional development opportunities.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Entry level graduate or 1-2 years of work experience
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Quick learner to be autonomous and proactive attitude – anticipating issues and preparing in advance
• A keen eye and attention to detail with good analytical skill and ability to summarise key and salient points
• Ability to work in an international context – Good level of English and Thai (speaking & writing)
• Ability to work under pressure with good working attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
