The Sales Representative is responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Kewajiban
• Responsible for proactively locating and prospecting new opportunities for ECHEMI by following up leads and contacting existing and new customers.
• Contact potential customers and targeted prospects to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives within the company.
• Collect market information, analyze and make marketing proposals.
• Follow up the orders and ensure delivery on time.
• Working to monthly and yearly sales targets and KPI’s.
• Assist in dealing with customer complaints and providing solutions.
• Follow up customer's payment in time to ensure timely payment collection.
• Continually increase communication and relationship building skills as well of knowledge of products and markets
Kualifikasi
• 3+ years of sales experience in Home Care or Home & Industrial Cleaning.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above, Chemical background is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge in industry market segments and distributor background is preferred.
• Working experience in MNC and familiar with working processes, culture and global organization working environment is preferred.
• Extremely resourceful, assertive individual with the good ability to communicate with international colleagues.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills needed for tracking, managing, and analyzing customer lead effectiveness.
• Assertive individual with the ability to recognize and deliver insights and solutions to internal and external customers.
• Excellent command of the English language.
