The Seed Production Assistant position in Suphanburi is a 6-month contract role focused on planning and producing seeds while ensuring quality and quantity targets are met.

Kewajiban

• Planning & Producing seed as quantity & quality.
• Seed production to achieve target quantity and quality.
• Field Inspection and check the seed production process all of farmer to be in accordance procedure.
• Controlling raw material (chemical fertilizer, equipment) for seed production & seed cost.
• Updating & reporting seed production situation to supervisor.
• Providing knowledge and advice the farmers follow as seed production guideline best practice.
• Expansion new area and new contact farmers.
• Seed purchasing.
• Ad-hoc projects or company events as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural or related field.
• 0-3 years experience in agricultural production.
• Field Management & Plant Disease is advantage.
• Able command of English.
• Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure.
• Hands-on knowledge of crop production and management.
• Working area: Suphanburi Province with a 6 months contract.
