The Seed Production Assistant position in Mukdahan involves planning and producing seeds while ensuring quality and quantity targets are met. The role includes field inspections, controlling raw materials, and providing guidance to farmers.

Kewajiban

• Planning & Producing seed as quantity & quality
• Seed production to achieve target quantity and quality.
• Field Inspection and check the seed production process all of farmer to be in accordance procedure
• Controlling raw material (chemical fertilizer, equipment) for seed production & seed cost
• Updating & reporting seed production situation to supervisor
• Providing knowledge and advice the farmers follow as seed production guideline best practice
• Expansion new area and new contact farmers
• Seed purchasing
• Ad-hoc projects or company events as assigned

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree in Agricultural or related field
• 0-5 years experience in agricultural & seed production.
• Field Management & Plant Disease is advantage
• Able travel in multiple locations in NE regional
• Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure
• Hands-on knowledge of crop production and management
• Able to relocate and work in Mukdahan or nearby province in NE regional
