We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Logistics Specialist to join our Global Supply Chain Team in Bangkok. In this role you will focus on inbound and outbound Logistics and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in our Global Supply Chain Team and make a significant impact on how we provide high-quality seeds and knowledge on effective agronomic practices to millions of smallholder farmers worldwide.

Kewajiban

• Ensure the timely coordination of inbound or outbound shipments
• Coordinate with shipping agents for clearance processes and with shipping companies to track shipments
• Coordinate and execute the process for sample shipments or sample taking
• Monitor quality results and organize claims as needed
• Coordinate the process to apply for, collect, consolidate, record and send all documents needed for shipment and customs clearance, including version control and maintaining records
• Maintains record of import and export permits and validity and apply for the IP/ EP as per the process defined by the Government
• Execute the Department of Agriculture processes to ensure compliance and receive the necessary certifications
• Coordinate internally to ensure all the relevant people receive the documents on time
• Record and update data in ERP, ensure that required data is recorded correctly
• Monitor master data to ensure accuracy is maintained and up to date information is available
• Participate in data / process / systems improvement projects as requested
• Monitor shipment / clearance performance to ensure high customer service levels
• Execute ongoing communication with customers on the progress of their shipments
• Analyze any performance gaps and suggest / implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with all policies/procedures/regulations

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Logistics / Customer service / Export planning roles, preferably food, agriculture, or pharmaceuticals
• Experience in import / export processes, customer service a plus
• Strong sense of accountability thinks and acts like an owner
• Passionate to deliver results and is not easily daunted by challenges, strong execution capability
• A completer who will make sure the task is complete and no aspect is missed
• Able to understand the requirements and share the thoughts
• Able to package and deliver messages in a clear and convincing manner and able to influence the right action from an audience
