The Finance Analyst is responsible for managing all East West Seed Group R&D financial and management reports, providing financial planning, reporting and analysis to support the decision making process. Working closely with the Finance Business Partner Global R&D, this position will act as a business partner to the R&D team, ensuring alignment of financial goals and objectives.

Kewajiban

• Consolidate, analyze, manage, and control Global R&D expenditures(Actuals, Budgets, Year-end Estimates/Forecasts)
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards monthly to track Group R&D financial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and with Country Finance and R&D teams on R&D financials (OPEX, CAPEX, etc)
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision making
• Present financial findings to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations
• Support to develop new standards of practice within the company in order to increase clarity on costs, accounting accuracy, and integrity
• Initiate group guidelines and financial instructions to subsidiaries; implement agreed corrective measures and evaluate their effectiveness in managing risks
• Manage cross functional projects and process improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial controlling, FP&A, or external audit experience, preferably including global experience.
• Critical thinking skills, fast and very proactive
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail, and an ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent documentation skills to be used in developing management reports.
• Strong skills and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
