Kewajiban
• Provide comprehensive administrative services, including managing communication, handling inquiries, maintaining office files, processing petty cash, and overseeing operational expenses.
• Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodations, and visa documentation for senior staff.
• Coordinate schedules, accommodations, transportation, and meeting arrangements for visitors.
• Facilitate meetings by taking minutes, booking venues, organizing audiovisual needs, and coordinating social events.
• Oversee company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, supervising drivers, and preparing monthly mileage reports.
• Assist the R&D department by downloading articles from the e-library and managing IEF results in the ABS system.
• Evaluate food vendors and ensure the timely and quality service of meals for meetings and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant to the GM.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Thai national with at least 3 years of administrative or secretarial experience.
• Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-minded, detail-oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
• Proficient in computer applications and multitasking under pressure.
• Integrity and accountability.
