Dusit Estate Company Limited is seeking a talented and passionate Interior Design Manager to bring our vision to life, playing a pivotal role in shaping the interior environments of our prestigious projects.

Kewajiban

• Develop and execute innovative interior design concepts that align with project vision, brand identity, and target market.
• Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, material palettes, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design intent.
• Oversee all phases of the interior design process, from initial concept development to final installation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, providing guidance, support, and inspiration.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the design and implementation process.
• Conduct site visits to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and design.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in interior design, materials, and technology.
• Incorporate new ideas and approaches to enhance the design aesthetic and functionality of our projects.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in high-end residential or hospitality projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.) and rendering tools.
• Excellent knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
